Start your online application using the button below.

The system will prompt you to register and create a log-in for the Fay Fuller Foundation grant application portal. This will allow you to save any partially complete applications and return to them later.

*Note that when you register you will receive an automated email that will contain your password and allow you to access the Our Town application form. Please allow 20 minutes to receive this email, and check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email.

Read on for further application guidelines.

Once inside the portal, you will be asked questions relating to:

  • The change you want to see in your town
  • Who from the community should be involved
  • What is already in place to deal with your towns’ specific mental health challenge
  • What skills you need to work on the issue
  • Any additional challenges that you see

There will also be two written tools to download and fill in. These will help you to:

  • explore and list your connections within the community
  • share your community’s greatest strengths and assets.

You can also add further documents, video or audio content to support your application.

Read the guidelines for applicants and the full list of application questions and application tools.

If you have issues or challenges with accessing the application portal or online form contact us at admin@fayfullerfoundation.com.au or 1800 951 062

The shortlisting process

Once the applications are reviewed, shortlisted applicants and communities will be contacted with further questions on the information in their application and their mental health challenge.

Up to 10 towns will be visited by the Fay Fuller Foundation and will have the opportunity to provide further detail to support their application.

From this process, six towns will be chosen for the initial mentoring and coaching program.

These towns will be notified of their success and the next steps in December 2019.
