DEFINITION & APPROACH

We adopt a holistic approach to mental health that is strength-based and focuses on wellbeing. We want to centre prevention by building individual and community capability to support each other, in turn building better mental health and wellbeing for the South Australian community.

Our mental health & wellbeing grants

Up Next: The Our Town initiative

Through Our Town we're supporting people living in rural and regional South Australian towns to define what’s right in and for their community to reclaim, strengthen and support their collective mental wellbeing.
